This Privacy Policy explains how WebVentures B.V. ("WebVentures", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and otherwise processes personal information when you play our games, including Neon Challenge, use our websites, or interact with related services.

We use this information to deliver the games, improve user experience, provide support, diagnose technical issues, keep our services safe, comply with legal obligations, and support advertising and analytics where permitted by law.

Our games are designed for a general audience and are not specifically aimed at children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, or process such information, without any consent required by applicable law. If push notifications are available and you enable them, we may process notification tokens to send game-related messages. You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
